Summer/Fall Practice 2024

Deptford Junior Wrestling will be hosting off-season workouts for returning and novice wrestlers. Practices will cover fundamentals, live wrestling, and strength and conditioning.
The wrestling room is located in the Deptford Rec Center at 52 Montague Lane Deptford, NJ 08096. Practices will be held on the following dates and times:
5:00- 6:00 pm, Ages 5-6
6:00- 8:00 pm, Ages 7-14
