Deptford Junior Wrestling belongs to the South Jersey Wrestling League, a highly competitive and organized league that includes teams throughout Southern New Jersey.

Please note that the practice schedule is subject to change throughout the season and we will make every effort to update the website in advance.
We will not be able to utilize the Rec Center during the various township events. You will be notified prior to those dates of an alternate practice schedule as all levels will need to share use of the wrestling room at Deptford High School (dependent upon availability). Coaches and team moms will make the best efforts to communicate as early as possible on these changes.
COMPETITION SCHEDULE
A sign-up sheet will be in the wrestling room prior to each match. It is your responsibility to indicate if your child will or will not be attending each match. If you fail to do so, your child will not be included on the roster sent to the hosting team. If this happens, your child will not have any scheduled matches. Any opportunity to get a hand bout will result in your child wrestling LAST.
If you are unable to physically sign up your child on the sheet in the wrestling room and your child wants to attend the meet, YOU MUST CONTACT ME.
